Content Appropriateness

Apple is keenly aware of the potential abuse of user-generated content and visual communities. Our goal is to collect and share images that are widely appropriate for individuals of all backgrounds, ages, and cultures.

To that end, Share Panoramas does not allow images with any of the following content:

• Pornography or sexual content of any kind
• Objectification of individuals
• Threats of violence or bullying
• Other types of abusive or harmful imagery
• References to illegal drugs or drug use

Images meeting any of the criteria above will be deleted immediately and the user contributing them will be banned from Share Panoramas.

Additionally, to be a good partner in Apple’s ecosystem, we are hand-reviewing content that is submitted to the platform for adherence to this policy. If we have questions we will reach out to you via the email address you must provide to contribute content, and we will review content as quickly as possible.

Disclaimer and Use of Images and Videos

By uploading files you agree that A) Share Panoramas is permitted to share, distribute, and otherwise use said images, B) that Share Panoramas has no control over how said images are used by our end-users, and C) all rights to contributed photos are retained by the creator; Share Panoramas will not engage in the direct sale of any contributed images.
